For the second consecutive year, I vended my artwork at the Cherokee Street Print Bazaar, presenting a range of work including digital and mixed-media prints, as well as hand-made paper ornaments and figures. The experience of vending is consistently energizing—offering a chance to share not just finished pieces, but the processes and ideas behind them, and to connect with other artists, collaborators, and members of the community.
Throughout the year I also feature my printed works at Virtuoso Art Collective on Cherokee Street. I have been a part of the collective for two years.
Cherokee Street is a uniquely supportive and creative environment, and being an artist within this community has been deeply fulfilling. The relationships formed through these events—whether future collaborations or simple conversations over coffee—have become an essential part of my creative practice.
